We are only sending emails for cash rewards on the #BB10GotGame Port-A-Thon.  Were you part of that?

Oh man sorry, my fault! I was mistaken, because I thought the email said "All Aboard Port a thon". Okay just forget it!

Mail is a bit confusing, should be Got Game - "Thank you for participating in the BlackBerry® Application Port-A-Thon."

Hi there,

we already tried different communication channels and always got the answer that milestone will contact us again.

We participated on both events (Game Port A Thon and App Port A Thon).

We received the mails of which apps were eligible for rewards.

We received the BlackBerry PlayBook and Dev Alpha for the first event.

We didn't receive a mail for the Dev Alpha of the second event.

We didn't receive any mail concerning the money...

It would be very very nice if someone could tell us the state of art :-)

Lou, I was part of the #BB10GotGame Port-A-Thon and I had two approved apps and I still hve not heard anything back yet. I would appreciate it to receive my rewards. Thank You.

I have a question regarding the Cash Rewards.. I got the confirmation email (it was in my SPAM box) and confirmed.. in the information around the award details it mentions payment will be in 4-6 weeks time. 

What? why is there such a huge delay in a PayPal transaction?

I'm going to assume the same thing with All Aboard and the upcoming Community Port-a-thon too - all cash rewards will be dragged out as far as they can?

I got my payment message yesterday like others did. At first I was also confused, as the title of the email isn't for gotgame ... but it's listed on the webpage, so it should be fine.

As for the delay, I know others here have gotten paid already, so it perhaps isn't as long as 4-6 weeks for some. Maybe it has to do with paypal vs other payment methods (overseas, etc) and those may take a bit longer... not sure. So long as payment is eventually sent, it's good to me.

I submitted a number of applications for the 'all aboard port-a-thon' in December, but have not received any emails about them. I wrote to vendor support and was advised to raise my concerns here. As I was busy over the holidays and saw comments that a lot of app reviews were delayed I waited, figuring that it was just taking RIM a lot longer to review everything than they expected.

However, now I see messages that others have received their emails and rewards and I'm still waiting for any contact, so I'm a bit concerned! Can someone from RIM can advise me what the situation is now with my apps? They are still pending review on the Vendor Portal.

As noted communications have started.  you can reach out to blackberrydeveloperprogram@rim.com to inquire on your status.  they will need your vendor account email address.
