Hard to say without more information.  Milestone sent out final batch of emails from rimredemption@milestoneintegrated.com please ensure that email is whitelisted.  Then need to provide them with your PayPal account and then Transfer happens.

Final batch of emails went out on Tuesday January 8.  If you had all your apps approved first emails may have gone out soooner.

@kay916 if you don't have any mail from Milestone (check your spam folder) just write to

BlackBerryDeveloperProgram@rim.com

and provide an alternate email address for contact.

In my case Milestone stated that they've sent me 3 emails and I didn't receive anything (and I don't have spam filter at all). After I contacted BlackBerryDeveloperProgram and provided an alternate email address (kudos to Amaris for the outstanding help) Milestone sent me mails to both addresses (original and alternate). And a day later I had the e-check in my PayPal account.

can i use a different pay pal account than this email? because when I hover over the paypal address to change it, it shows this stop sign.

You should be able to, not sure how to - but I had to when I first signed up as a Vendor.
