How long does it normally take for the test house to get to an app once it is submitted? I have submitted my first one more then 3 weeks ago and haven't heard back since.. I am not sure if I did everything correctly, but I thought I would have heard back something by now..

Are the testers too busy with all the new games that are in the pipeline??

Normally it is 7-10 days. 3 weeks is kind o flong. I would email them to see what is up.

Hello, thanks for the reply.  I sent a message on their online "Contact App World Vendor Support" form a few days ago and I haven't heard back yet - is there an email address that I can use instead?

Ok I emailed devsupport@rim.com and got the app approved the very next day.. I don't know what the hang up was but I hope this is a rare occurence..
