Re: What to do if your Package ID has been rejected by BlackBerry App World

OK, I got the point.

So, what should I do now? The app1 Package ID still not flushed, app2 is in review queue with 10k commitment timeliness.

Solution 1: Once Package ID of app1 flushed, I can manually merge app2 into app1, but I'm sure that will start the review cycle again. So I can be out of timeline for 10k commitment offer. I think I'll wait with this approach.

Solution 2: I can wait for app2 approval to be completely OK with terms, but will I be able to move the app from App2 to App1 and still counting the purchases done in app? In other words, can this be OK with terms and conditions?

Re: What to do if your Package ID has been rejected by BlackBerry App World

Send me the App World AppID, I'll flush the PackageID shortly.

Because I would not want you to miss the 10K Commitment, Solution 2 makes the most sense.  If it's already in the queue I would leave it as-is.  The problem is we can't merge apps (ie. retain the download records, reviews, etc.).

Because of the situation you're in, you'll need to continue along the path of having the second App World ID in the 10K Commitment for the duration if approved.

Re: What to do if your Package ID has been rejected by BlackBerry App World

Thank you for support, I sent you ID in private message.

In the meantime, once the Package ID flushed, can I also change the app.id of the app1? In this case it won't make a conflict with app2 packageID when using same signing keys.

Once the PackageID of original app is flushed (just completed it), you can upload any BAR file to that applicaiton.

Changing the app.id should generate a new PackageID for that application, avoiding conflicts going forward between the two.
