Wrong Payments / Sales for sold Apps

Hi there,

 

we had the feeling that there is something wrong with the payment or our sales report.

So today we checked this issue.

 

In the last Account statement PDF we got there are only 2 Apps listed. We sold much more Apps in the period 01.02.2013 - 29.02.2013.

 

Is this a known issue?

Perhaps they were sold through bango or digital river.

I know one of my apps only shows 6 purchases from BB Commerce but for the month Feb shows 100 total for this specific app.

OK, but how do we get paid?


We only set up our paypal account...is there something more to do?

 

We saw that they only pay if you reach about 100 $ but we already made a lot more...

Setting up your PayPal account is all you need to do. Just realize that not all the money will come in at once...
