I got this error too. This is how to replicate it. Before everything loads up try and click on one of the links within vendor portal then it will display this error. Wait for the spinning dial to finish loading before you click anything (I believe I mianly experince this issue on the PlayBook) and it will 'solve' this problem
Seems to be working today. Getting this odd and quick dialog box during a page refresh that appears to have a spinning activity indicator. It flashes so quickly, but is annoying.
