I wonder if there a way to add a bundle for the same release after the app has been submitted for the aproval.
I failed to add a bundle for the touch screens and the only options I see on my Vendor's page is to add a new release.
Thanks

I will try using Manage Products | Edit
let's see if it will override the previous submission

to add a new "update" to your application, you need to use the "Add A Release" option. If you go to your Manage Applicatins page there should be a list of applications there. Click on the plus sign to add a new release. From what we hear, this will not make you lose your place in the queue. good luck!

thanks
Actually I dont want to add a new release,
but to add a new Bundle for the touch screen devices like Storm and Torch
When I submitted the release 1.0 , I added one bundle only for non-touch screens.
Now I simply want to add a bundle = COD, OS version, Supported devices (Storm, Torch)
for the release 1.0 which has not been approved yet.

You should be able to get the help you need by emailing help@blackberry.com. They've been pretty responsive to me when I've needed help deleting or changing releases that the admin UI doesn't provide support for.

already done
the email came back saying
Thank you for contacting BlackBerry Technical Support. The email you submitted has not been delivered. Please find many alternative support options below.
Are you a BlackBerry Partner or Carrier?
If you are a BlackBerry Partner or Carrier and have a carrier code please contact your partner Support Account Manager as you incorrectly received this message.......
what I did is renamned the erroneous release as "Has to be canceled" as the app name and
resubmitted again a new one
I hope they will get the message, unless they think that someone can actually name an app as
"Has to be canceled"
never know ![]()
these guys are unpredictable

thanks I will try that one today
They did stop the email support sometime ago, months ago I believe.
now you have to jump thru the loops to get it,
I have no idea why, but it's certainly discouraging to say the least.
I also have a draft release that I saved in my vendor account , it has not been submitted and wll not be.
Now, I cannot even delete it, thats weird that there is no such functionality.
I kinda sorta may understand why once submitted it cannot be changed, but why a draft cannot be deleted ??... beats me, it's even called a DRAFT

thanks buddy
they logged my request now
hope they'll keep the support link intact in the future as well.
