application does not change the status of more than 1 month

Dear support,
we have uploaded a new application id 60590(Qiss.im / chat) in October 14.

Today is 25 November, but the application has not passed all stages of review. Earlier the approval process takes no more than 7 days. Can you please tell what is problem.

We have the same issue with our Application. Also a Chat (Chugu Messenger).
