Can somebody download older reports form Digital River ?

At the moment I see only the last two reports:

2010 RIM prod-2511 AllSites_AllLocales September
2010 RIM prod-2511 AllSites_AllLocales August

and we need the older reports in order to do some detailed analysis of reported purchases vs real purchase registered in our backend (via real-time HTTP POSTs)

you can download from appworld.  it details every sale.  you can then compare appworld sales and digital river reports

The problem is that I can download Digital River reports only for last two months (August and September). I do not see any option to download older reports.

this is getting weird. I logged into digital river and i have no reports in the ePen dropdown screen.

anyone having this problem?

Update - I have sent an e-mail to accountspayable [at] digitalriver.com and within 2-3 days they restored the missing reports.

Sorry but how do you login to digital river? i.e. where is the link? As I cannot seem to find any past email that tells me how to login to my digital river vendor account? Or is this the same as the vendor portal?

Logon URL is

User name looks like:

RIM_prod_xxxxxxxx

You should have received your logon credentials when you became vendor at App World
