The ePen Report includes a Detail Report that shows sales/refunds. BlackBerry App World will need to be contacted in regards to the pin for order 11392951019. The order is not showing a pin in our system.
so this is another flaw on appworld?
the customer purchase it and do a refund.
digitalriver refund the money but appworld didnot remove the pin?
we have to manually remove the pin? but how find out the pin number for that transaction??

Can you provide some more details here? Are you questioning the cancellation of a subscription app?
I'm not sure I understand the "..but appworld didnot remove the pin".

I agree with anditsung. If the app is using dynamic licensing, it should be notified of the refunds using the same dynamic licensing url. Otherwise a user can simply buy an app and then get it refunded but still continue using it.
