Hi,

I released this app and just noticed it is not showing screenshots on app world (both device and web), the original files were JPG 375x640, any ideas ?, maybe a bug on app world ?,

How many days ago did you submit the images?

I submited the images (and everything else) on wednesday, the app got approved the same day at night (yes, a surprising 1 day approval), but I posted the app for sale on thursday, then I noticed the images not appearing on the app world (web) and though it was temporal meanwhile the app got propagated, then yesterday at night they were still missing on app world (device and web).. a few hours ago I changed the images to png instead, but I have to wait until they are approved again :-/  don't know if that will fix it.. hope someone from RIM can look at this.

I'm experiencing the same problem.

Contact App World Team, I remember they said it was a bug when uploading JPEG images, and had to upload PNG instead.
