When comes to RIM it's allways "peer-to-peer community. It's users helping out other users.".

There is no contact details to any at RIM. Our problems with RIM's products and services have to be solved by other members of the community and not by RIM itself. i have 3 app waiting for review , 2 of them for more than 2 months and not a SINGLE reply why is this . And i have to rely on some member who had the same problem to tell me what to do... this is (sorry but) stupid!

Just check what the competitors do :

After the maintenance: so far reports work. Graphs have been improved a bit. And we have a BIG G, T etc. for ratings.

Noticed the new graph with different markers. It would be neat if when mouse over the point it shows the actual purchase amount.

 

also still waiting for new report features like total amount sold for today and proper currency conversion.

One got through after the waiting reports cleared (without generating reports), but hours later the 2 waiting reports re-appeared, I scheduled another, and now it's stuck at 3-reports-pending.

This seems like a repeat of what used to happen a lot.

well lucky me it hasn't happened to me yet.  I remembered Mark said the last server upgrade has fixed the problem.  I did have a delay when scheduling a report.  just a bite delay but i got it.
