RIM: Do you guys do anything to combat the situation or do you just flip the switch on the power bar and reboot, cross your fingers and hope it all goes well.

Confirmed down again.  I had this problem last night and thought I post in the morning if its still down.

 

I guess I got over excited a couple of days when it was fixed.

 

apparently whatever it was fixed it is just a quick and dirty fix.  Report problems has been going on since day one and surprised no one at RIM really take control of this.  This is really sad considering RIM whats more dev for their platform.  How can we recommend other devs to RIM if this simple problem can't be fixed over time?

I really have the impression that they're turning a "on/off" switch so it works again. They might be testing stuff out though, we never know.

Out here on my private island, it's completely broken right now. graphs and charts. Clearing & closing doesn't fix it... this time.

We're aware of the issue and you may see some instability over the next few days.  A fix for this has been created and is being tested now.  We hope to have it deployed early next week.

Gotta admit that we're seeing way faster responses from RIM nowadays, glad to see this!
