hi,
i just got approval for vendor account . i realised that a character is missing in vendor name , which will be shown on appworld. so, i go for login to vendor account and tried to change vendor name under manage account details after save but it seems not changed .
NOTE : i haven't published any app with current name.
what should i do to correct this.

Hi VivekAgar,
When you save a change in the Vendor Portal for any meta-data changes (Vendor Name incl.) it will generate a Ticket for approval. Theses Tickets can be found under the 'Change Request Tickets' tab.
Someone from the Storefront Team will approve this change within the next 24-48 hours.

ok,
but i doesn't found any ticket corresponding to change in vendor name at 'Change Request Tickets' tab.
it seems information iam saving (on click on save button ) is not saved, at top i got a message "* indicats required fields" is that means information doesn't saved. i suspect this may be due to a reason for a field State/Province: which is disabled when u select country india (See attachment image).
is iam correct. ? please look in issue.
again i am not seen any change request ticket in history/ 'Change Request Tickets' tab. section.

thanks .. my vendor name and other info is now get corrected .. but don't know why it was not earlier...
