My payments for last period look to be approximately 30% of what they should be.  Who do I need to talk to to get this resolved?

Yeah, I pointed out months ago how hard it was to find the link, and they said they'd improve it. Seems not to have happened yet.

If you click on the obvious Help link in the menu at left, the page that comes up does in fact have this link, carefully hidden in plain sight right in the middle of it, at the end of this text:

The square brackets above show where the link is. Absolutely security by obscurity....

By the way, did you wait for both emails, from Digital River *and* from Digital River Ireland?  It takes them at least two transactions to get all your money to you, and three if you have any carrier-billing (non-PlayBook) since that comes through Bango.

My first email from DR was only about 20% of what my portion should have been, but with the second email it comes to very roughly 68% which, ignoring currency exchange issues, is close enough that it's likely accurate.

yeah, adding them together, it looks like they paid me their cut, and took my cut. It's a pretty huge difference. No response yet from that form, either. I've heard a few other people say that they had similar issues.

RIM already messes with my money enough by not allowing me to set my price without them screwing with it, they don't need to be screwing this up, too.
