The seller must complete all of their steps before the buyer even begins. Once all steps are completed, the BB will be "like new", and you will then proceed to newly create the necessary credentials to access AppWorld and other services. You should not use the account(s) that were previously associated with that device as those accounts belong to someone else...you need to create new accounts that belong only to you.
