I am VERY angry that I cannot delete my credit card information from my "My World" account. This situation is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and is NOT ACCEPTABLE!
I have to use my BB for work. I will NEVER purchase a BB product for my personal use.

Correct, that's just the way it works. A credit card on file is required.
Sorry. RIM isn't the only vendor that works this way.

No problem. I'll just ask my bank to change my credit card number.

Maybe so. Amazon allows you to delete credit card information.
This requirement with RIM is not going to endear them to customers. With all the identity theft going on people are trying to protect their financial information. You'd think RIM would understand that. It is totally rediculous and I hope they eventually reconsider this.

dont chaqnge your credit card too much of a hastle. just chane your name and address to a false one, that way yor credit catd company wont verify the payment details

No wonder RIM is going down with this type of attitude from customer service
