App Store Nightmare

What's going on with the App Store?

Have a Blackberry for four days and cannot, no matter what I do, download an App from the store.

I repeatedly have to enter ID/password, scroll through terms and conditions and then get to the same white page comprising my account info but there is no option for getting past this page.

The Blackberry will go out the window soon.

In many cases the BlackBerry ID has not been created successfully and therefore will not let you past that screen.... go to www.blackberry.com/blackberryid and try to create a new BlackBerry ID , and then log in from the device.

Still others have been sucessful by editing to allow ALL permissions for App World.

* Go to Options/Settings > Advanced Options > Applications, (you will see your list of all your apps on your BlackBerry)
* Sroll down to BlackBerry App World, > Click the Menu key > Edit Permissions, and change everything to allow and save it.

Now go back to your App World login and see if it works.

No. Didn't work. I've noticed from reading the forums that I'm not the only one experiencing this. Tomorrow it goes back to the store.

There are many more places than AppWorld to download and buy apps.

 

www.blackberryapps.com is a good one.
