App World Error Message

I have a BlackBerry Curve 8520 v5.0.0.681. After going to App World an error message appears: "A BlackBerry idenity update is needed. Would you like to install it now? Yes/No"

Then after clicking Yes: "Blackberry identity installation failed. Please try again later."

I have of course tried doing this many times, tried deleting and reinstalling app world, doing numerous phone resets and battery removes but it still appears. I have been successfully using this application for 1 year prior to getting this message.

Could someone please help?
