I don't upgrade my App World because I always have the same problem! After upgrade my icon disappears. I normally would just reinstall it but today nothing works. I have done everything possible. I even read all the posts on a previous blog. Tried all og thatand nothing works. I can see it is installed but my icon is missing. Once that disappeared my What's app disappeared too. I can't seem to get it back!!! Someone PLEASE PLEASE help!!!!!!

I had the same problem. Found that I had not downloaded a couple of updates to my OS (6.0) updated to bundle 3049 and now my Appworld Icon is back.

i have done that and still my icon is missing.

i have deleted it, reinstalled it, restarted my phone numerous times .

i cannot find my app world icon

Also what version of BlackBerry® App World is currently installed?  This can be found under Options>Device>Application Management
