We could proabably help you if you were less vague in your answers. Of course there's a Georigia. One in Asia, another state here in the US.

So at least AppWorld does work in the Asia Georgia.

Oh I see what you posted now, you can't select Georgia as a country in the dropdown box.

I don't know how to fix that. Can you try using PayPal rather than a credit card?

do I understand correctly ?
you cannot use Paypal, and you can install free apps ?
Can you contact Geocell and ask them if you can pay on the Appworld using Geocell (carrier billing) ?
