I just downloaded the new App world on V 4.0.0.63 and when i rebooted my device, icon disapear on my principal panel. What the...

-Icon is not hidden.

-App world is install.

Can you share the following information with us please?

1. The complete Device OS Version Number (so 6.X.X.X)

2. Device Type (with Model Number)

3. Can you confirm if you rebooted when the device asked you to please?

(Typing "myver" followed by a space in an email compose window will display the required information, for alternatively, you can also find this information if you go to "settings" > "about")

Same thing happened to me also, I upgraded my App World and icon disappeared.

Yes, I rebooted the deviced.

Please help me restoring the icon. I tried, uninstalling and reinstalling again but it's not working.

If you haven't upgraded to the latest OS available for your device / carrier, kindly do so. This may be contributing to the problem. Also, please make sure that you back-up all the data _before_ you attempt to upgrade any software.

Folks, The current workaround is to downgrade your AppWorld client to version v4.0.0.55. This can be done by visiting the following link in your browser
