Please explain what problem you are having .Are you unable to update your BlackBerry ID ? If you are unable to update the BlackBerry ID and a  Battery pull is unable to solve the issue then please go through the Knowledge Base Article  regarding this error on post #  7. 

So please try it and let us know.

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

Which version of App World you had Installed on your device ? Is it ver.4.0.0.63 ? You can try two things :

1. Uninstall App World from your device ,For that : Options > Device > Application Management > Delete app world from there , perform a Battery Pull Restart .Then locate and download App World from here http://blackberry.com/appworld. and well as Update Latest BlackBerry ID software through Wi -Fi .

2. Uninstall App World from Options > Device > Application Management > Delete App World From there then perform a Battery Pull Restart . Ues your BlackBerry Browser and Browse to  :

http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=appworld3

To download App World Version 4.0.0.55. try it over wi - fi after installing app world update your BlackBerry ID also. Please try it and let us know.

n try it out ur troubleshoot also but still same prb....

how to update blackberry id.. before i used to get blackberry id in options but after following ur uninstall method i cannot see it....

                                What troubleshoot you have tried ? If Version 4.0.0.63 is not working then try second method,Downgrade App World Version to 4.0.0.55 , Once you had Installed Open App World or Go to My world on your device it will prompt you to Update BlackBerry ID software.
