Hi there,

 

So I got back all my contacts and the rest BUT

 

When I setup my email account, I am asked an enterprise activation code,.I entered my email address and my password, then I get a message:Activation request failed. A service connection is unavailable.

 

 

 

For BBM, so i have been waiting for hours to Associate BBM with BB ID.

how do you setup your email account ?
At one point, you are asked if you are a corporate user or not, and you probably clicked yes instead of no.

Hi, I don't get the upgrade Blackberry ID message, at all. I have downloaded the new BBM and for the authorization of BB ID I put in my BBID but it just has a loading ring and and it says "Association BBM with your BlackBerry ID" Please help.

Hi DesyDevine,

 

Have you understood what Xandex adviced ! If you are not holding a corporate  you should Choose Internet mail account not Enterprise . What is your present status ? 

 

You can try registering your device to your network , Options > Device > Advance System Setting > Host Routing Table > Press the menu key then Register now. Once you Got the registration message on your device  set up your Email account which is associated with that device ,For that On your HomeScreen > Go to Setup > Email Account > Internet Mail account > Login with your email account which is already associated with that device .

 

Once it is done Send the service books for the Internet Email account 

KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service.

 

If required perform a battery pull restart .Try it and let us know .

Prince yes I did understand the advice of Xandex. All ok there, got all my contacts back, many thanks.

 

Concerning email account, I did You can try registering your device to your network , Options > Device > Advance System Setting > Host Routing Table > Press the menu key then Register now.

 

Just waiting for the message on my device and will then continue on to the next step.

Oh sorry only saw this message now. After reading Prince message, I think I did just that, clicked yes instead of no...So, now, as we speak, I am still waiting for the message after...You can try registering your device to your network , Options > Device > Advance System Setting > Host Routing Table > Press the menu key then Register now ..

 

Its been 15 minutes and still waiting for message, before I can go on to the next steps..

BB App is having trouble connecting to the BB App World Server. Verify your network connection and try again error I'd 30637.
