Using Blackberry OS version 1.0.6.2390 for PlayBook I see that the App World has the All, then Paid, then Free buttons at the top. Clicking Paid shows all apps, and clicking Free shows no apps. So at this point there is no difference between clicking All and Paid, as they are the exact same items.

It must be something wrong with my PlayBook. I just got it delivered, unboxed it, was prompted for an upgrade, about 300+ Mb.
Every section, in Apps, every section in Games shows up this way. I checked your White Noise App in the Health & Diet section. All Free apps all get a boost this way, because they show up in the same place when clicking All or Paid.
Here are screenshots of your app White Noisein the Health and Diet section which I took by pressing both the volume buttons. All apps, Paid, and Free. Because your app is fairly high up in Paid Apps, it would otherwise show up in the first line if someone clicked the Paid button.
Frankly no one probably does that. But if buttons are there, they should work fairly logically. For me it's much worse; currently with 7 paid apps in the Video & TV section, my Film App would show up within the first 2 lines both Portrait or Landscape modes. Currently there are 14 free apps before mine is displayed under the Paid button option.

I am having the same issue on my Playbook. Hopefully the next update fixes this problem.
