Hi There

I tried this and it works, my app world works again. But it appears that all my installed apps have disappeared, is that what happened with others?

I had the similar problem. I use a Mac and have desktop software version 2.2.0. I do not see this "files" folder to the left of the screen. Am I missing something or is it truly different from Mac to PC? RIM really needs to fix this. This is ridiculous. Any further help from users on here is greatly appreciated. I went into my Blackberry device itsself and I can find the log files by date but there are twent just for one day. Do I delete all of those? Thanks for any help.

I hve a torch 9800. I upgraded app world to ver. 3.1.1.25 and the icon is now gone. It is listed in the apps management list but no icon anywhere

Actually the app world ver is 3.1.4.25, not 3.1.1.25

I have the same problem so I deleted it from the 'Applications Management' list and downloaded an older version and still no icon.

I did that and still the problem persists. Might be a RIM engineering problem.

s. me too hav a same problem. after upgrade the version 3.1.4.25, the app world icom has missed. "RIM ",  Pls immediately find the solution.
