Welcome,
On your home screen GO to Options > Device > then Application Managment > On that screen scroll to see the application that you had installed previously if you can find it delete it . then perform a battery Pull Restart even if you can't see the installed application there, do it like this While Device is Powered On remove the Battery wait for a min. then re-insert it back wait till the device take a long Reboot.Then have a try ,do let us know.

This solution didn't work,first of all i didn't find it under application management and i did what you told me to do about the battery but still there isn't the reinstall tab.

What is device OS version ? Have a look at this article of KB How to view or remove installed applications on a BlackBerry smartphone .Go there and see if you can find the app you had purchased if it is there delete it or Go to My World in App World and see if it is listed there, after that perform a battery pull restart and try again

The program is already uninstalled and in app world it says uninstalled but there isn't any reinstall tab.

Hi Mido 2249,
As you told it is uninstalled so go to App world redownload that particular application and when asked then put the credential that you had put while downloading and purchasing that Application for the first time. Try it and let us know.

In addition, you might try to clear the AppWorld application cache:
1. Open App World
2. Go to My World
3. Follow one (and only one!) of these steps:
3a. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and then press, in sequence R, then S, then T
3b. For Touch Screen Only BBs -- Hold the num-lock (!?123) button so it locks and then press, in sequence 3, then 4, then (
3c. For newer (e,g., OS6 and 7) BB's, see this KB:
4. AppWorld should close.
5. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot
6. Return to AppWorld/MyWorld (it may be sluggish while it re-synchronizes).

Thank you Prince2012 but your steps didn't work,but sdgardne your steps all worked beautifully and I downloaded the app and it's now working beautifully.
