Hi everybody
I've a problem with AW; it runs in background only (from when i start the phone, no need to launch it manually).
I've a BB Curve 9300
OS: v6.0 .0.668
BIS network active with italian provider TIM
Third party apps installed:
- Shazam, WhatsUp, Waze, BB Protect, IlMeteo, Facebook
I've already try to:
- uninstall AW, Reboot, Reinstall AW, Reboot --> nothing
- someone write to pull out the battery for more than a minute (done, in every way... after and before instal / uninstal AW) --> nothing
- try to downgrade from http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/en
- Options - Third Part Apps --> check for bb ID --> nothing
What else should I do?
I've search around but no other solutions!
Thanks a lot in advance

How do you observe it running in the background?

Nothing, what do you mean? It does not appear at Options > Device > Applicaiton Management?
You do not see an icon on screen for BlackBerry AppWorld?

Look again at Options > Device > Application Management, for BlackBerry AppWorld, or BlackBerry World.
If you are seeing it in the application switcher bar (holding the Menu key 2 seconds), then it must be installed.

It looks like a Joke...
two month without AW, iesterday I wrote on this forum and AW came back... no comment.
But let me say what happened iesterday - i upgrade from web (phone connected with usb to my laptop) the version of BBM --> while i open it on my phone it ask me to upgrade something (f..k I don't remember what..) and this process to update has been done fron AW --> from that momemnt AW return to work fine.
Thank you all.. hope will belpfull for someone.
