App World troubled

Hi I downloaded App World application long after I have created my BlackBerry Protect ID,I've been downloading Applications and enjoying it but then since last week I had a difficulty in downloading cause the App World needs me to enter my ID and password,unfortunately I didn't find my password,but now I thought of creating a new ID I was accepted on a ID Protect side but my new email&password was not accepted on a App World instead the show the first email that my ID used before,I have a difficulty in this I don't know how to solve it,I also thought of deleting the App and re-install it again maybe it will recognize the new ID but I thought of asking for your help first.

I would suggest reseting your password by going to www.blackberry.com/blackberryid and click on forgot password.  If you can not reset your password then I would suggest creating a new BlackBerry ID from the same website.
