Hi guys,my fone was broken n went 4 repairs nw I'm having sum difficulties with App world coz it keeps on givin me an error about BB identity updates n wen I try it fails,plz help

At Options > Advanced > Applications, do you see BlackBerryID?

Can you delete it?

If so, then reboot your phone with a  battery pull.

Then reinstall AppWorld, using your BlackBerry browser to www.blackberry.com/appworld

and that should also update the BlackBerryID module at the same time.

Can't find BlackberryID under the list of applications,so what can I do next

In my App World cnt find a log in option or anything related to it for that matter,and when I try to use App World I get a msg that BlackBerryID needs update/grade and after that it fails to reach a server#8520

delete AppWorld and reinstall in the same method as above.
