Hello!
Please, all, follow these steps.
1. Delete the app from Options/Device/App managment.
2. Restart!
3. Install it again from the link above.
4. Restart!

It is really important to restart your phone after any change in the OS - update or instalation or deleting.

Go to Options > Device > Application Management > and delete BB App World

Now go to this link from your browser and re install lower verson of BB App World:

Problem will be resolved.

I just upgraded to the newest version, everything is ok.

but BB app 4.0.0.63 is not compatable with bold 9780

Paras90 I'm with Bold 9900.
For OS 6 try the option, mensioned above - downgrade the version of app world.

Thanx Kosten, i did dat,  see my first post on this forum, after downgrade its working fine now.
