Thanks! Would love to follow your advice - but, what "link above" are you referring to?

Hi all!
Check Tanzim's advice - works like a charm! Uninstall the version that doesn't work and re-install the old/previous App World version!

Hello Mr. Sanders:
I followed your recommendation (installed the old version) my BB is working fine, but the update icon of the conflictive App world is telling me to install the new version (4.0.0.63).
What will happen when the Blackberry support release a new and fresh version of this app, how I will know if my berry keeps telling me the 4.x.x.63 version is ready to install.
Do I have to pin this message?,
Help is kindly welcome.
Regards

Ignore the update for now. When a new update is offered, you will upgrade to the new update, bypassing .63
