App world issue

I have a white bold 9780. The issue is that i downloaded app world many times but everytime i download i am unable to find it in my phone.

 

I formatted my fone did everythin but still unable.

 

Request you to help me with step wise solution.

Do this, using your BlackBerry browser:

you can download an older working version of AppWorld v4.0.0.55.
