Tap the 3 dots once. Tap BlackBerry World. Tap "All" to back door in.

Hey all,

 

The issue regarding BlackBerry World not loading on the BlackBerry Z10, should now be resolved.  If you're still experiencing the issue, close down BlackBerry World and then load it back up.

 

Let me know if you're still having trouble accessing BlackBerry World.

Same problem here, it started today I have a Z10 from México, everything worked fine until today, I have three days with my Z10, Help!!!!!!

u can also try going to the appworld from the music application. Open the music application and then click on appworld, this definitely works :smileyhappy:

Hey all,

 

If you're still receiving the spinning circle, follow these steps below:

 

Option A
1. Open BlackBerry World through work around (i.e. Open Music, and open BlackBerry World by pressing the 3 dot button)
2. Bring down top menu
3. Click settings
4. Click version at the bottom
5. Click Back
6. Close BlackBerry World
7. Open BlackBerry World through standard method

Option B
1. Open BlackBerry World through work around (i.e. Music)
2. Bring down top menu
3. Click settings
4. Open Content Controls
5. Change any setting (i.e. radio button)
6. Click Back
7. Close BlackBerry World
8. Open BlackBerry World through standard method
