App world says "the data service is not operational

App world says "the data service is not operational" although the phone is connected to a 3G network

Could you tell me pleasewho's can I solve it?

Please be much more explicit..."module error" is inadequate to make guesses helpful for you. Please post the exact and complete error message you receive, and exactly the steps you conduct to result in that error.
