AppWorld 1.1.0.19 - Paid Apps not available in your country?

I have just received my new BB Tour (Telus) the previous BB Tour had trackball issue. Installed BB App World. Now when I try to purchase apps i get the message "Paid applications are not available in your country". I live in Toronto Canada. Also all my purchased apps say "unavailable for this device" even though they were purchased on my first BB Tour. I am running the most current version of App World (1.1.019). My OS Ver on the BB Tour is: v4.7.1.140 (Platform 4.1.0.40). I have tried re-installing, Did Battery Pulls yet no luck. Can you please help me.Thank you in advance

Hmm...try rebooting the device or pressing R,S,T while holding Alt while you have BB App world app open...

That fixed multiple apps being stuck at starting download in 1.1.0.15 version for me...maybe the same trick could help you..

On a side note, ever since I had that ridiculous problem and frustration with 1.1.0.15, I decided not to upgrade my App World unless somebody confirms it there's no significant issues with it....:smileyindifferent:
