Apps will not download



I have BB Bold 9900 registered with Vodafone in CZ. Although everything else is working fine (like internet, BBM,  google maps, whatsapp), I can't download a single app from the App World. I can open the App World, look for apps, but when I want to download them, I can't. I press the download button, EULA appears, I click the I understand button, EULA dissapears and that's it. Nothing happens afterwards. No download, no app. I've tried reinstalling the App World but didn't help.

KB32695  :Unable to accept the App World License Agreement
