Associating bbm with blackberry ID.

i cant open my bbm. Associating bbm with blackberry ID. appears. it stucks.

Do you have a BlackBerry data plan with your network service provider?  Also are you in an area that has good coverage area?  Also are you going through the setup when connecting through Wi-Fi?
