BB App World Error Message

Hi There! I have a Blackberry Curve 8330 and for the last two weeks I have been unable to successfully log into my account. Before this point everything worked fine, then one day, I was having problems. 

 

All other services work on my phone. I can get into App World and browse apps, but when I try to download one, or complete an update, I am asked to Log In. I KNOW I am correctly inputting my email and password, however, I always get the error "BBAW is having trouble connecting to the BBAW server. Verify your network connections and try again". 

 

So after researching online and speaking to my service provider I have tried a hard battery pull, reinstalling App World, backing up my contacts then wiping my phone. Creating a new ID... None of these things worked. The one thing that did work was when I deleted the Service Book called IPPP. I could suddenly successfully log into my account, however, I was unable to use my internet browser or log into facebook. I spoke again to my service provider who sent me the service book again. Once that was reinstalled on my phone my original problem returned. 

 

I am at a loss for ideas now and so is my service provider. Anyone have any other solutions?
