BB App World Icon disappeared, new Icon 'Desktop' appeared

I recently installed Dropbox and did some Updates of former installed Apps (like Twitter, Barcode Scanner etc. Since that day the App World icon disappeared and another icon named 'Desktop' came new. I don't see a difference between the usage of the 'Mail' or 'Desktop' icon. However due to the missing App World, I can't install new apps. Using 'Set-Up' (german: Einstellungen), 'Device' (Gerät) and 'Admin of Apps' (Verwaltung der Anwendungen) BB App World 4.0.0.63 is still visible. Please helb, Holger

You will likely need to use Resolution #1 in this link:

BlackBerry App World icon is missing after upgrading to BlackBerry App World 4.0.0.63 to 4.0.0.65
