BB App world not workin

I had recieved the BB 9300 just today and i updated the BB App but now it says that it requires the latest version  Blackberry Id and gives me the option to Update but anytime i press Update it says the software update server is unavailable and to please try again later? is there anyway to fix this pls??

Please clarify...what is the exact and complete error message? Given what you provided, that would indicate you are seeing this message on your computer, and that computer is a MAC...please confirm.

  • KB27584 BlackBerry Desktop software encounters error "BlackBerry Desktop Software could not connect to the update server" when attempting to update the device software

If not correct, then please provide the exact steps you are conducting, and on which device (e.g., computer or BB). The step-by-step is usually helpful for us to best understand your situation, along with the exact and complete error message content.

no worries it has been fixed..i turned on the wifi and the app is now working!
