BB I.D Locked for securtiy reasons!!

My BB ID has been locked for security reasons!! I need help please help me, whenever i log in to the app world, it says ur bb id has been locked...what cud be the problem??

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

 

There are several different possibilities...please review this KB and hopefully it gives you what you need:

  • KB24157 BlackBerry ID lockout behavior

If not, then you need to contact your mobile service provider for formal support, and you likely will need escalation into RIM for this. Don't let your carrier fob you off...they are responsible for all of your formal support, and only they can escalate you into RIM if they cannot solve it...you have no other free path to obtain formal help from RIM.
