BBM, FACEBOOK AND BLACKBERRY APP WORLD WON'T REINSTALL?!

I updated my Blackberry Identity yesterday when it had finally rebooted my BBM, Facebook and Blackberry app world have disapeared and won't let me re install any, either on my phone or from my computer. HELP

did you log in BlackBerryID after upgrading it?
