BLACKBERRY PROTECT

Hi,  im having an issue with blackberry protect....my texts etc delted itself over the weekend (a cnstant problem with my bb) and now blackberry protect is only showing one backup, usually it displays/gives access to 4

 

does anyone know how to view the older ones?

I'm having problems with Blackberry Protect as well since 2 days ago.

My status states: your wireless service plan does not include blackberry protect.

Before was okay, never had any issue...can someone help? I'm using a Bold 9790 by the way.
