I finally fixed my problem. I upgraded the BB Device Software to the latest level available for OS6 and everything is fine now. The icon is shown and the application is working.

After updrading my Blackberry app world to 4.0.0.63, the icon disappeared from my blackberry. I tried universal search, nothing is found. I deleted the app on the Application Managment, reboot phone, and tried to re install it using email send from Blackberry, but there's an error appearing about a connection failure , reboot phone again. But nothing, Its just gone.

Ahmad, you didn't read my post above:

The current workaround appears to be to downgrade your AppWorld client to version 4.0.0.55. This can be done by visiting the following link in your browser

It didn't work , still the same problem , the popup message says “a communication failure has occured . The server may be busy , please try again later . If the problem persists contact your service provider ”
Every thing is working properly instead of app world

How is it blocked? You're getting an error message that AppWorld is blocked for you?
