Re: BlackBerry App World additional support

Good time of day!
I have a problem with your site. I tried to download pdf reader application for BlackBerry from your site but when I put my login and password to the system (I tried to do all these operations using the browser of my smartphone) I got an error that told me the page was too heavy and my browser crashed.
When I tried to repeat all these operations using my PC, I failed again because it's completely unclear how to download and install applications for BlackBerry from your site using PC. I've managed to upload music on the smartphone from the PC using BlueTooth, but I can't download any application for Blackberry from your site.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

P.S. I tried to read manuals before writing this letter and found such bug:
On this page - http://ru.blackberry.com/support/smartphones/blackberry-curve-9300/os6.html - hyperlink "Найти приложение" (http://docs.blackberry.com/ru/smartphone_users/deliverables/25357/Find_or_hide_an_app_icon_60_112253... returns HTTP Status 410 and the page is unavailable. The same problem is with FAQ - http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/BlackBerry%20App%20World%20Frequently%20Asked%20Questions.pdf (404 error).

Beholder,

Thanks for the first item in this thread.

But the Support Forums have blindsided us all...your linke to BlackBerry App World FAQ is broken (likely because the FAQ have been deleted or moved).

An item from CeralBypass several items down has a list of Knowledge based articles, but the one that seemed appropriate is old, and of no help to me.

Re: BlackBerry App World additional support

GeorgeB, yes those posts are four years old and some links now are good, some are updated and some fail, but all the KB articles are available in the BlackBerry Technical Solutions center.
