BlackBerry App World updated to v4.0.0.63 not able to send messages just recieve

Since this update I can't send a BBM at all but I can receive them.

contact 3 times my phone company no succes still having same issue what can i do?

When you send a BBM™ message, do you receive a red X or a check mark?
