BlackBerry App World

I am having difficulty with installing the latest App World software on my phone.  Aftder download and reboot I get a message about an uncought Java error and the App Word Software will not load.  I have deleted it and tried reinstalling but same result.  Any advice?  Using a Torch 9800 with up to date OS.

Check the below knowledge base article -

Solution 1 was the obvious one.  However, it still does not work!  Any more suggestions?
