I have today upgraded my BB Apps World software 4.0.0.65 today (20-Dec) on my BB9780 OS6, but to my surprise the icon is not visible on the home screen. I tried several times to re-install the software but nothing is happening. Even I tried to get the support forum but no luck. I'm able to see the application installed in the Application Management. Please help to sort out the issue.

Just want to clarify do I need to upgrade the BB Apps World from now current 4.0.0.55 to any other in future or not?

My BB OS information is below:
BlackBerry® 9780
smartphone (3G, Wi-Fi)
6.0 Bundle 863 (v6.0.0.285, Platform 6.5.0.54)
3G Bands 1,2,5,6

After two software updates, battery pull finally worked. BB World now visible on my 9780. Cheers!
