Please help me..
My blackberry is not registered,. My BIS couldn't be activated.. May be, my PIN was blocked because I can't bbm, email, appworld, etc..
Please help me..

You must subscribe for BlackBerry data plan from your mobile operator to see the device for BBM and email service. Contact you mobile operator for knowing more on BlackBerry data plan.

Installing new OS doesn't block a PIN. Please answer to JSanders query...How do you become sure that your PIN is blocked? What message or prompt you're getting in your device?

There is no such thing as a "OS 7 4" for a 9800 model. You couldn't have done that.

Please be CLEAR about what you've done. We can't guess.

Before, It's fine.. But, after I've installed OS 7, altought my BIS/BES activated, my bbm, email account, app world, IM not working..

And, you can not have installed OS7 on a 9800 model Blackberry.

So, will you please state all the details of the issue you're experiencing?

I'm sorry,,
When I've installed OS 7, I bring my blackberry to blackberry counter, and they tried to repair.. But it can't back like before,, they said my blackberry is suspect.. I don't know what it means..
